Folkscope + Google Sheets

Folkscope has no native Google Sheets writer, yet it gets there easily through the webhook layer, usually with Zapier or Make adding the row. Folkscope tracks your chosen accounts, enriches each engager into a lead with role, company, and location, and scores them daily against your ICP. A Flow fires a webhook, the automation tool catches it, and a new row appears in your sheet. It is a simple, low-cost way to keep a shared, filterable list of everyone engaging with the content you watch.

Folkscope + Google Sheets

Drop every scored LinkedIn engager into a Google Sheet as a new row.

How it works

  1. 1

    Track LinkedIn accounts

Add the profiles and company pages whose engagement you want to record.

  2. 2

    Enrich and score each engager

Folkscope turns every engager into a lead with role, company, and location and scores them against your ICP.

  3. 3

    Flow fires a webhook

A Flow trigger sends the lead to your Zapier or Make webhook, or to a script you host.

  4. 4

A row lands in the sheet

The automation step appends a new row with the lead fields you chose to map.

What you can do with it

  • Keep a running log of every ICP-qualified engager with role, company, and score in columns.
  • Build a filterable shortlist your SDRs can sort by score or company before they reach out.
  • Track which tracked accounts drive the most qualified engagement over time.
  • Hand a sheet to a colleague who does not have a Folkscope login but needs the lead list.
  • Use sheet formulas or conditional formatting to flag the highest-score leads at a glance.

Setup

  1. Create a Google Sheet with a header row for the fields you want to capture.
  2. In Zapier or Make, set up a webhook trigger and a Google Sheets Add Row action.
  3. In Folkscope, create a Flow with a webhook action and paste the trigger URL.
  4. Map the lead fields (name, role, company, location, ICP score) to your sheet columns.
  5. Run a test engagement and confirm a new row appears with the right values.

Frequently asked questions

Can Folkscope write to Google Sheets directly?

Not natively. It connects through the webhook layer, with Zapier or Make doing the Add Row step. You can also point the webhook at your own script that uses the Sheets API.

Will every engager become a row, or only qualified ones?

That is up to your Flow trigger. Use NEW_LEAD to log everyone, or gate on ICP score so only qualified people get a row.

Can two people share and edit the same lead sheet?

Yes. Because it is a normal Google Sheet, anyone you share it with can sort, filter, and edit, even if they do not use Folkscope.
